While we strive to display colors as accurately as possible, actual shades may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and ambient lighting conditions (such as direct sunlight versus shaded areas).
Can I purchase cushion covers separately?
Currently, our cushions are primarily sold as complete sets (cover and filling). Please check our "Accessories" collection or contact support for the latest availability regarding individual covers.
Do the cushions come with ties or anti-slip features?
Design features vary by model. Some collections include integrated ties or anti-slip backing to help maintain position. Please refer to the "Features" section on the specific product page for details.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times generally range from 3-7 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
What is your return policy?
Items in their original, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives with a documented manufacturing defect.
Is there a warranty on the fabric’s fade resistance?
Our fabrics are tested for UV resistance (1000-1500+ hours depending on the material). While we provide a limited warranty against significant structural failure, natural gradual fading over extended periods of sun exposure is a characteristic of outdoor textiles.
How do I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
